The hotel itself is in abeautifully restored classic Madrid building. The rooms are gorgeous and with every detail. The restaurant is dreamy and the neighbourhood has all the boutique shops one can ask for. And it is all walking distance from the centre: Plaza Mayor, retiro, etc. Special recognition to Natalia Moraleda, from the Front Desk. Her helping attitude, her positive demeanor and her willingness to always help is admirable. She is really top-notch. She made all the difference from the moment I requested early check-in to help to have my client's room ready and key in hand at arrival. She is truly amazing, one of those staff members that truly make a difference. Gracias, Natalia!

We always try to book hotels as near to the centre of the places we visit. This was no exception. Yes, location was fine with us. Close to so many places of interest , restaurants , shops - on foot & by Bolt. Room was fantastic on the inside of a courtyard - so quiet & peaceful at night. We were a bit surprised at breakfast. People were not helpful to explain the Vegan & healthy corner , buffet was not of a high grade, not much choice & waiter service was terrible. Maybe language barrier was the problem cause we simply lost communication with everyone. Only staff at reception were so , so nice with us during our stay.

Amazing staff and Amazing hotel, I asked to receive for me a box before my arrival and they very super nice and supportive at the moment of the check in the box was already there for me, it was my birthday and they on request of my wife send to me some ballon and cake they gifted us a bottle of champagne really amazing experience with a lot of attention, we felt super pampered I recommend this place, breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and very good quality. Since this vacation am in love with this place…least but not last before to go the gifted us with a Mug which was a cherry on top of the cake

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a better room at check-in and thouroughly enjoyed every aspect of our 4 nights in the Only You hotel. The buffet breakfast offerings offered a great selection of fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, meats and other assorted delights. Staff were attentive and friendly and made our stay a true joy. We able to walk to all of the sites that we wanted to get to and enjoyed a number of great bars and restaurants in Madrid. A wonderful hotel in a magical and special city.

Madrid is a very big City and the Hotel was in Madrid it was ideally located for some things and not so for others but that would be the same of any Hotel in this City. The Bedroom was very comfortable, very well presented as was the Hotel throughout. Beautiful Hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast was ok with a huge variety of options.
